Our offerings
-
Reformer Pilates uses a moving carriage, adjustable springs, and a variety of straps and bars to create a dynamic, full-body workout.
The shifting platform challenges your stability, helping you build deep core strength, balanced muscle development, and refined movement control.
Reformer sessions are adaptable for beginners through to advanced students, offering both support and challenge in equal measure.
Classes are capped at just 4 people to ensure highly attentive teaching and safe, precise movement.
-
A Pilates Tower uses a vertical frame with springs for a more focused, stability-based workout that emphasizes deep stretching, targeted strengthening, and healthy spinal mobility.
While the Reformer encourages dynamic, full-body resistance through a moving carriage, Tower work offers grounded, controlled movement patterns that help refine alignment and body awareness.
The best choice depends on your goals: the Tower is excellent for flexibility, articulation, and isolated muscular engagement, whereas the Reformer is ideal for dynamic, total-body resistance training.
Like Reformer classes, Tower sessions are limited to 5 clients for close guidance and personalised attention.
-
Wunda Chair Pilates provides one of the most challenging and versatile workouts in the classical system.
Using a compact box with a spring-loaded pedal, the Chair demands balance, control, and whole-body integration.
It’s exceptional for building power in the legs and hips, improving shoulder stability, and training deep core activation.
Because of its intensity and precision, Wunda Chair work is ideal for those looking to advance their practice or target specific strength and alignment goals.
Sessions are kept small - only 4 students to 1 teacher to maintain the highest teaching quality.
-
Mat Pilates is the foundation of the classical method and focuses on core strength, posture, breath, and full-body conditioning using minimal equipment.
Expect a mix of flowing sequences, targeted abdominal work, and exercises that build length, mobility, and body awareness.
Mat classes offer excellent cross-training benefits and are suitable for all levels, whether you're new to Pilates or refining an established practice.
These sessions hold up to 8 participants, allowing space for individual guidance while maintaining a group dynamic.
-
Private studio sessions are the most personalised way to experience Pilates. Using the Reformer, Tower, Wunda Chair and other classical apparatus, your teacher tailors every exercise to your body, your goals, and your confidence level.
Choose a private session if you’re unsure where to start, want time to build confidence before joining a group class, or simply prefer a more focused, supportive environment.
Private sessions are also ideal if you’re recovering from an injury, surgery or long-standing discomfort, as your teacher can tailor the session entirely to your needs.
A private session gives you the time and attention to move at your own pace, with expert guidance every step of the way.
We offer different pricing depending on Teacher Level (Director, Senior, Junior or Apprentice), so you can choose the instructor and investment that suits you best.
1:1 sessions provide the highest level of personalised attention
2:1 sessions are perfect for couples, friends or training partners who want a shared, supportive experience with tailored coaching.
