Sarah has been practising Pilates for eight years, first discovering the method while recovering from injuries, the exhaustion of high-intensity exercise, and other stressful factors that were affecting her cortisol and adrenal health. Pilates became the place where she finally felt powerful and supported. What began as a way to move with less strain soon grew into a practice where she felt grounded, nourished, and deeply reconnected to her body. Since becoming a mum to her little daughter, Pilates has also supported her in rebuilding confidence and strength as she moves through her postpartum journey.

She began her Classical Pilates Fundamentals training with Everybody Pilates in July 2025 and is now working toward the full comprehensive programme, deepening her understanding of the Classical method. Inspired by the guidance and warmth she experienced in her practice with Andrea, she felt an immediate sense of alignment with the path of becoming a Pilates teacher.

Originally from London, she moved to be by the sea and enjoys hiking, exploring spiritual and wellness practices, and grounding herself in nature. Coming from a large family of eight siblings, she values connection, community, and creating spaces where people feel they truly belong - qualities she hopes to offer every client she works with.
