Kate Alexander
Kate is a Hatha and Vinyasa teacher who will guide you through movement and shapes, exploring how the asana (poses) work for you and your unique body.
Kate teaches with a focus on alignment and how to move safely into postures, finding your own expression of the shapes; her classes are suitable for everyone and incorporate meditation and pranayama (breath).
Connect to your mind, breath and body to feel supported, challenged and empowered. Kate believe this practice is for everyone and creates a welcoming space in which to explore.
