Libby French
Libby is a 200-hour certified Hatha and Yin Yoga teacher who offers warm, welcoming, and accessible classes where you’re invited to move in a way that feels good for your body.
Classes unfold at a gentle, unhurried pace with plenty of options, giving you time to explore, pause, and notice how movement influences both body and mind.
There’s a focus on building strength gradually and comfortably, understanding the why behind each movement, and finding moments of joy, presence, and play along the way, with a caring emphasis on calming the nervous system and creating a space that feels light, supportive, and nourishing.
Classes include Pranayama (breathwork) Meditation and lovely Savasana (relaxation). Sessions are suitable for everyone, including complete beginners.
Libby continues to expand her training in yoga for women’s health and yoga for addictions.
