Alexandra is a 250hr yoga & 50hr breath-work & Pranayama teacher, specialising in embodied Yin & Vinyasa Flow.
Believing that yoga is not a one size fits all practice, Alexandra offers modifications & variations throughout her classes, encouraging students to listen to their bodies & move in a way that feels good.
Classes are designed to nourish the body, to calm the mind & to reconnect with the breath & are suitable for all abilities.

Yin Yoga
