Hi! I’m Rebecca

A female Osteopath giving a baby a treatment on a treatment couch in a room with framed art on the wall.

After a career as a professional dancer and dance teacher I earned a Master’s Degree from the European School of Osteopathy. Born and raised in Germany, I decided to plant new roots in the UK, embracing new opportunities and experiences.

  • I am passionate about empowering my clients through individualised care, compassion, and evidence based education. I work to achieve this by fostering an inclusive environment via working with people of all ages, identities, and backgrounds to ensure everyone feels respected and valued.

I am continually inspired to expand my knowledge and addressing various conditions using the full spectrum of osteopathic approaches. This includes structural techniques such as soft tissue work, joint articulation, and manipulation, as well as functional approaches, including but not limited to cranial osteopathy and visceral techniques.

At times we can become overwhelmed, and our resources depleted by stress, illness, or physical and emotional trauma - much like a cup that has reached its brim and begins to overflow. Rather than ‘fixing’ you, my focus is on helping you remove the obstacles that prevent your body from supporting itself effectively. Through manual treatment and the introduction of tools for both mind and body, I aim to either assist in recovery or help manage chronic symptoms - allowing the cup to stop spilling over and restoring balance.

My approach is centred on collaboration, where we work together to make informed decisions about your care. I believe in empowering you to take an active role in your health journey, while I provide guidance and support along the way. Together, we work in a way which reflects your needs, values, and goals, helping you take charge of your well-being.
